Cold like symptoms after being in a smoky room? Is It Sinus Infection?

You should contact a doctor if this persists but my sinuses often get irritated and inflamed after benig around any type of smoke but especially camp fire or fireplace smoke. I have had this happen to me before and I just waited a few days, stayed hydrated, kept my sinuses clear and it cleared up on it's own.
