As you know I try to keep it natural and avoid antibiotics and pharmaceutical medicines as much as possible so for that reason I really enjoyed the book. My family all suffer from sinus issues and I've been looking for ways to alleviate our sinus issues to decided to pick up this book. It's only available on the Kindle. I have also been searching for new natural remedies I didn't knw about. I've never been big on modern or western medicine. 

There's plenty of information on the internet but you never really know what's true and what isn't. This book is great in that it has solutions which provide me relief from sinus problems and is a dependable source. 

I like how the book suggests so many natural remedies and therapies to deal with sinus infections and other sinus issues. I found this book to be packed full of great information. There's no crazy jargon and the book doesn't talk over your head which is one of the reasons I really enjoyed it.
